Supposed to meet only dear yesterday.... When I was on the way to meet him, dear called and told me that he can't meet me le cos he has to rush back office to do something. Then i suggested to meet him after that but he has already made another appointment at 10.30pm, so no choice but to cancel the date lor. Next, I called Wen to accompany for dinner and she is available :) Really appreciates to always have a good friend by your side ha... Thanks, Wen. Anyway after couple of minutes later, dear called again to say that he is able o meet again ha... so in the end, met both wen and dear together. How? feel dizzy mah? Me felt so and I believe dear felt so too...
I was browsing through dear's blog just now, he and me has never miss v day celebration throughout the years of our relationship. However for this year, we had give it a miss. I was thinking this beginning of the year is an hectic and busy year I guess. A lot of things happen whereby none of us can control and both of us have been working like nobody business. I really hope to spend some quality time with him but sigh... By the way, his bday is coming in less than 2 weeks time and yet we have not settle a date to celebrate. I hope we will not give this one a miss, really... Anyway I have bought the bday present liao ha, hope he will like it... lets see when the present will reach his hands bah ha....

My Dearest Mummy
Ha... I just had an interesting conversation with my Mummy, so decided to blog some things down...
She finally voice out her views... actually I have been waiting for her to comment hee...
She told me that she does not like me to stay in dear's house ha... Actually I have been expecting that from her...
Since last year, I have already stayed in dear's house for 2 times. This Friday will be the third. I informed Mummy about it yesterday and she told me her thoughts today...
She said that she will not care if we have ROMed.... ha... I find it a bit funny...
Anyway since she dun like, then me shall be a "guai nu er" then... but this Friday one will still go since I promised dear liao...
I asked her what if I "diao man" and dun listen to her... guess what she say...
She will throw my clothes out ha... Its really up to you to believe her or not but i think better don't try... I still know my Mummy best ha...

Cooling Weather
Actually, I don't have anything in mind to blog but would like to write something.
I shall talk about tonight's weather then. Ha... so boring...
Tonight's weather is quite cooling, temperature should be around 22 to 24 degree celcius, natural air-conditioner.
This weather reminds me of USA, though its not as cold hee.
Though I am still quite scared of cold, I kind of start to love this type of weather because in this way then we can feel the warmth at home.
Anyway this afternoon, dear told me that he has plans to go overseas to study in 1 to 2 years time.
As for now, I am fully supportive of his plans. Its always good to upgrade your skills and knowledge.
However when the times come when he is really leaving, how would I react? Sad? As supportive? Behave in a weird way? I really dun noe... I guess will be writing another blog by that time again to describe my feeling hee...

Holiday - LA and Vancouver

5th Blood Donation
Went for blood donaton last sunday... this time used left hand to donate... However the nurse is pro loh, her action was fast, no pain (not like last time), so no blue-black... She told me that my veins are very deep, deeper for my right hand than my left hand, so use left hand will be easier... think nurse will be more stress when they met me this type of donar cos vein more difficult to find ha...
Anyway on the other hand, will be leaving for my USA and Canada trip with dear tomorrow. Dear was quite upset these few days about 2 issues, so cannot feel his excitement. Poor dear. Guess he is really very "fan", hope that this trip can help him relax and avoid all the "fan" things for a while... Then everything will be ok le when we are back 2 weeks later...

Review and 2008 Resolutions
Ha... Its 1st day of 2008! A time to do review of 2007 and start my 2008 resolutions...
Lets do a review first (ps: was reading my last year blog while blogging this, ha gt blog is so good):
1) Exercise every weekend -> checked
Did follow this closely and participated in the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007 on 2nd Dec 2007. It was a fun event to participate and shall continue this for next few years.
2) Find a greener pasture -> half checked
Did apply for position as teacher, send an online application but MOE rejected me... so in the end I did not hop anywhere and stayed with my current company for another one year.
3) Traveling with family and dear -> three quarter checked
Traveled with dear to Bali in March, it was a nice trip. As for the family one, I am not able to travel due to $$$. However I sponsored Mum and Dad to BKK on their tour package. Although my bro and I did not go with them but I can feel that they are happy after they came back. At least the money spent its worth it. I guess children just have to create some "er ren shi jie" for parents when its needed ha.
Ok, that all for my review. Though its not fully checked but i still do something on them, so I guess its not so bad bah :p
Next, it shall be may 2008 resolutions:
1) Continue to participate in marathons.
Just surf the net to see what are the marathons held in 2007 hee. I shall participate in 2 marathons this year, 2008. One is the Safra Bay Run. I have not participate in this before, this shall be something new this year. Next one is the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon again, it should be Women's 10km race. Hope can improve on the timing. In 2007, I took about 80mins, must run faster this year.
2) Complete all the tasks at work, meaning to be more organised, focus and determined.
There are still a lot work being carried forward to this year. I think its due to too many work piling plus me not very organised. Therefore I shall be more organised and focus to complete each individual job. Jia You :)
3) Upgrade skills and knowledge
Aiming to take up some useful course or read more books this year. For courses, maybe near to end of the year bah. I have not really decide what course to take but may be something related to IT or Logistic. Shall read more books and see which one I am more interested in.
4) Be more supportive and responsive about dear's stuff
Ha... dear has voiced out that I am stubborn and unresponsive at times when he needed more response from me... I did not object to what he say... cos its true... I know I tends to switch off once he repeated something that he has said before or I am too tired after work le. So sorry, dear. Shall work on it this year ha. Hope to see improvements this year :)
Thats shall be all... As for travelling, no resolutions is set. Its because dear and me will be going USA and Canada in 8 days time ha... Its winter lor.... Guess it will be an unusual experience for me :) For family trip, this shall depend on my financial capability ha, so not going to set as a resolution.

2nd Last Day of 2007
Ha, come in to write something cos i did a lot of things at home again....
Did not go for a jog this morning cos only wake up at 9am plus, too late le as Mr sunshine will be very bright liao. Therefore I bua long long for a while then started to do my stuffs at around 12pm plus ha...
List of things done:
1) Fold clothes
2) Talk on the phone with Dear
3) Change whole family bedsheet (cannot tahan, my nose nearly drop(sensitive to dust)...
4) Sweep and mop the floor
5) Go for a haircut downstairs
6) Go for a jog in stadium (Got rain a bit but still cont to jog ha)
7) Dinner wif Mum and Dad
8) Organise my organiser (change to 2008 one hee)
9) Blogging now...
So whats next, should be playing PSP game again while watching tv... dun noe will be able to wait till dear come bk or not ha... anyway me will be working on the last day of 2007, so jia you ha...
On the other hand, bcos of work, will not be able to meet dear on the last day of 2007... a bit disappointed lar but wat to do? Who ask me not to take leave tmr? Anyway think i will be counting down either in the car or at airport cos will be fetching my bro and his gf who come back from Bangkok tmr...

Christmas Celebration 2007
This year's Christmas celebration is special.
Firstly attended a Uni friend's solemnization on the christmas eve's night. He is my FYP mate. I was there during the time when he first started courting his wife. Its really happy to see both of them getting married.
Secondly, dear attended the solemnization with me too. We went back to dear's house after the solemnization dinner and after picking up the pre-ordered fruit cake and wine package from Gelare. This was the first time we are celebrating Christmas at dear's house, away from all the crowds and lightings. Its a warmth and peaceful Christmas celebration.... Nice, i like this kind of celebration hee. Hopefully there will be more of this kind of celebration in the coming years ha...

My First Marathon Race
Yes! Completed my first marathon race yesterday 02 Dec 2007.
Its The Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007. I have participated in the 10km women race. I have been training for it s ince months ago ha... kiasu right... only 10km mah...
Anyway the race started at 8am. My god sister accompanied me in the race too. We both took a cab from our to City Hall MRT station as we woke up rather late. Anyway many roads were closed for the events, therefore the taxi driver drop us at Penisular Plaza instead. Next we "chiong" to the baggage deposit station to deposit our bags. Luckily there was no queue ha... Then we "chiong" to the STARTING point which is near to One Fullerton. We reached there around 7.45am but we were quite far away from the starting point hee... Although it is a Women category race but you will still see some guys in the crowd.... Why??? Me also not sure... I think some were accompanying their gf bah...
We ran through Shenton way, along the high rise buildings, the feeling is good, esp when the wind blow on your face... plus the whole Shenton way is closed for you to run, thats really very "bang" de haha... Luckily yest erday weather was good, like it was made for the marathon...

After completing the race, there's a great sense of satisfaction. So Fun. My god sister and I will be participating next year marathon but will be the 10km one again... Our target will be the FULL marathon a few years later... haha... dun faint k... hopefully this dream can be fullfilled :)

My First Time as a "jie mei"
Hee... nearly forgot to blog this in as i hope to blog most of my "first time" in this blog...
actually this happen last sunday but i dun hv the time to blog since then...
anyway still can blog now hee...
All started off from 5.30am where i hv to prepare to go to my friend's (the bride) house...
wa liew, putting on makeup is a tough job for me lor, then so early somemore ha... me not those who likes to put on makeup and seldom do that and tats why it will take longer time bah ha...
then pick up 2 more frens to share cab to the bride's hse, was a little late though cos me started off late hee...
Anyway my job for tat day is to do timekeeping... so a series of events happen... get ang bao frm bridegroom, bridegroom met the bride, then photo taking session indoor and outdoor, then "jing cha" at bridegroom's house, then go bk to the couple's new house to switch on light, nxt head back to the bride's house to "jing cha" and hv lunch...
After all events, me head bk home to catch some nap then head to the hotel for wedding dinner... nth much to do for the dinner, juz to keep time and look after the album....
Afterall, it was a fun day but its tired lar... real tired de ha...
Next week, me will be blogging abt my first marathon race. Therefore let you all preview the goodie bag which i hv collected this afternoon hee...

Singapore Hit Awards 2007

Thanks to dear, got to accompany him to go for the event yesterday night...
Hee... its free...
Though its an annual event in Singapore, I have never been to one before...
Why leh? I also don't know. I listen to radio often but dun have the urge to go for this event leh... Think its because its not free bah ha...
Anyway get to see a few artiste yesterday like "Fei Lun Hai", "Zhang Shao Han", "Yan Zhi", Tank etc...
Wu Zhun is indeed handsome and fit, no wonder all the "xiao mei mei" chase after him like crazy. Zhang Shao Han is pretty too, her voice is really powerful lor for her size hee...
On the whole, its interesting to go for such big event, can see many things ha... nice :)

Jie Mei Gathering
went to a friend's place yesterday night to discuss about her wedding plans...
This friend of mine is really systematic loh, she has prepared a timetable for her big day...
My post and task is to keep track of the schedule, then everybody will be calling me ha...
Btw I have to be at her house at 7 am, its in the EAST lor, omg ha
Anyway yesterday was fun, prepared how to sabo the bridegroom. But I cant review much here, cos Singapore is too small liao, you will never know who will be reading your blog ha...
On another matter, my colleague went to rebond her hair and it looks nice on her. But she finds it expensive. Then we start to ask whether her bf likes it. Her first reaction is "Looks is not important to him, he matters character more". Hmmn, although we feels that its a bit "rou4 ma2" but that's also sweet and xin fu when she said that. I was thinking how many girls can confidently said that to other people? Looks not important, hmmm... think... think...
Anyway its weekend again, happy weekend!

hee... wanted to blog beginning of this week but too tired and lazy...
anyway this week was one which two of my dearest "man" in my life has gone oversea for holiday...
one is my didi... he went tom yam land all by himself and was back yesterday night hee....
he steady lor... first time go oversea by commercial plane yet alone... anyway he has a lot of fun lah... reading his blog is interesting ha...
the other is dear... he went kangaroo land and will be back tomorrow night ha... I asked him to bring a koala bear back ha... anyway he has fun also, think he will migrate there one fine day ha... anyway will welcome him back home tomorrow, hopefully he will want to come back ha...
wat abt me? when and where will be my next holiday? me still thinking about planning a family trip.... hmmn... maybe bangkok... maybe next year Jan... shall see how...

then suddenly feels dizzy...
was thinking if there is sth wrong with me or i am just too tired...
then suddenly i hope its not another earthquake in our neighbouring countries...
yes, it is... was told by my bro later at 8pm plus (when he came and fetch me) that Jakartar is had an earthquake just now....
This is the second time i feel the vibration in office.... however this time round, i am all alone in office... scary man...
Hope that there will not be a third time...

天冷就回来
Went to watch this chinese musical with dear yesterday. This is my first time I watched a CHINESE musical (watched Macbeth during secondary school days due to literature study ha), quite excited. It was held in (new) National Library Drama Centre. The musical was well done. However I don't quite like 1 part of the show, still wondering why the script writer must write it that way. Anyway I like the songs inside, they are all from Liang Wen Fu. I will regard him as the ancestor of 'Ming Yao". He is really talented, like the lyrics he wrote, always will be able to hit people's heart hee. If there is soundtrack for this musical, think I will go and buy.
This musical will make a comeback in 2009. Hope it will be in a larger theatre. If there will be a change in cast and venue, maybe I will go and watch it again hee...

Passion In Job
How can one keep up the passion in their job?
I believe passion will be a good factor to keep one going in a particular job...
I dun dislike the job I have now but I feel my passion is declining....
It is not the same as what I used to feel when I first started working...
Is it because of the work, the environment or some other reasons that affects the passion.
I have been thinking of going back to study some other courses so that I can change field in my career.
However I am not sure whether I will lose passion also after a few years in this field...
sigh... human is indeed complicated...
I juz want a simple life though...

My fav watch
This is my favorite watch. It was given to me as a present by a group of polytechnic friends on my 18th birthday.It has accompany me for donkey long years. The original stripe is not this. I changed it when it was about 4 years old.
However I have to declare it to retire. A bit sad though :( But I will still keep it as it has lots of fond memories in it :)

Long Lost Instructor
Was thinking of blogging yesterday but was too tired le hee...
Saw a long lost instructor yesterday during work... used to teach me taekwondo at community centre donkey years ago ha...
was quite surprise to see him... think he changed a lot, din really recognize him initially, so he recognize me first ha... as usual, because my face din change much mah hee...
anyway he used to be a very fierce instructor, always ask us to kick here punch there ha...
however the feeling of seeing him yesterday was like a "present"...
i like this kind of feeling of seeing a long lost friend in some unexpected places suddenly after a long period of time...
This is what i call fate again ha...

A peaceful celebration
Had a peaceful 5th year anniversary celebration with dear yesterday.
Time really flies, its half a decade already ha...
Went to "The Central" Pasta De Waruku Restaurant for dinner. Dear was held up by something stupid in the beginning, therefore he turns up later at the restaurant. The service for the restaurant is quite good, the food is not too bad too. Next time I should try other kinds of pasta and its sundae hee.
After dinner, we went walking around the shopping centre. I did a little bit of retail therapy though, bought a pair of 3 quarter pants hee... Then we went to get his free entry to dbl o. After that, we take a rest at the side of the river to start our usual chit-chat again.
I gave dear a little gift this year, a personalized cashcard, which I designed it myself. Though its not very well-designed, I like it very much also ha. He was very excited to see that also ha... Most important of all, he likes the gift too hee.

Fireworks!!!
Went to a birthday celebration at Marina Square(MS) yesterday night.
It was a celebration for my 2 "mei mei" and another friend, all from my dearest guitar club ha...
Anyway, we ate at billy bomers at MS and we sat outside so that we can see the fireworks because yesterday had NDP rehearsal.
Guess this is the second time I saw NDP fireworks...
The other time was at the rehearsal at Singapore Stadium...
The feeling this time is totally different.... The fireworks is still as big BUT dun have to lift up the head to see, more comfortable ha...
Its nice loh...
There are a few more sessions of rehearsal for the nxt few weeks, maybe can go MS see wif ur love ones, it should be quite xinfu oso hee...

Waiting patiently....
Ha... waiting waiting and waiting....
came in to write something while waiting for 溏心风暴 to start hee...
was recommended by dear, still watching first few episodes, so cant give much comments as yet...
BUT I have made Lee See Kei as my idol liao. For those who are not sure who she is, she is aka "Run Shan" in "Zhen Qing". She really powerful leh, love her very much in the show....
Her acting is really power, really can clap for her ha...
However heard that she will be dying in episode 28, don't know what will happen without her in the show ha...
Anyway, shall continue to wait hee...

Gift Vouchers From Boyfriend or Girlfriend as Bday present... Any Comments?
Ha... no need to guess or ask me...
I will tell u all directly. Yes, me got gift vouchers from dear as birthday present...
One friend asked and when she heard my answer, she gave the reaction "OMG" ha
Actually she is not the only one... A few of them (mostly girls lah) have reacted the same...
I am not too sure what guys will think but my bro say he won't give that... Maybe some of my female friends who read this blog can help me ask the guys around them...
Think to girls, including me (cos me also a girl mah), will think that gift vouchers is not a good gift for their boyfriends or girlfriends for birthday or any events bah. No matter how long you all have been together, gift vouchers is still not a wise choice cos it claims to be "bo xim". Hee... though me also heard a lot of stories from radio... aunties and uncles mostly dont give presents when they become husbands and wives. They give "ang baos", ha actually i sort of dun mind receiving "ang bao" also.
Actually for girls, it should be easy to get gifts, dun think that its so difficult. For guys out there, including dear, here are some of the suggestions what you should get for your girlfriends:

Bottle Tree Village
This place is called "Bottle Tree Village". Had a "special event" there last night with my friends ha.
Its facing the sea and our dear neighbour. The food there is delicious too and price is quite reasonable.
I have personally enjoyed the food and some peacefulness. Appreciated for all the people who attended the event last night ha. Thank you, guys!

Bali Trip 2007
Hey... just came back from Bali 4 hours ago...
Bali is indeed a good place to relax and reflex... love the sea, sand, sun and stars...
Had a wonderful 4 days trip with dear...
Day 01
Arrived in Bali around 11am++, went to eat lunch then head to the beach. I was very excited, because first time go to a beach with this kind of waves (hee, though waves can be dangerous at times). You can see people playing water surfing, cool loh. Then at night, went for dinner and scroll around Kuta. Can see a lot of big and bright stars above our heads while scrolling along the beach at night, its beautiful loh. Cannot describe the feeling, its xinfu bah hee.
Day 02
Had our breakfast in the hotel(Paradiso). Good breakfast, had quite a wide range of variety. The food is not bad. Head to the beach again after a gym session. I din go down to the water this time but dear did again ha. I sat by the beach to do some reflexion hee. Then I took a walk along the beach alone without really informing dear, after i came back to look for him, he was not there anymore. Hence I decided to go back to the hotel since I had the key. But he was not back there either. Later then i found out that he was back earlier than me but he cannot enter the room, so he called up from the lobby but I was not there. I was wondering what is he feeling at that time, worried mah, angry mah? Hee. I was actually quite scared that I will be getting a scolding from him but he din. Really appreciate to have a bf like him, to have a big "du4 liang4". For others, think I am going to get it from them ha. Later part of the day, we went to a guided tour at Tanah Lot ("the floating temple"), beautiful place also. The day ended with a dinner at a very romantic place, at Jimbaru beach. Good atmospher. Good food.
Day 03
This day begin with a breakfast at hotel again, but the variety of the food differs a little from yesterday one. It is very nice of the hotel management to do that. After breakfast, went to the beach again ha... We rent the water surfing board to play this time. Its fun and its shiok loh. But the "dai4 jia4" is I became a red hot lobster after that ha. We went to another guided tour at Ulu Watu ( temple at the cliff) in the later part of the day. Another beautiful place. Lastly, had our dinner at a restuarant called Warung Warung and continue to do some shopping after that.
Day04
I din do much today because was suffering from sunburnt and whole body was burning hot. I think can cook some food on my body ha. Had breakfast, pack up and head back to Singapore at 10.30am.
Think I will be going back to Bali again, its really a good place to relax :)

I din do much today because was suffering from sunburnt and whole body was burning hot. I think can cook some food on my body ha. Had breakfast, pack up and head back to Singapore at 10.30am.
Think I will be going back to Bali again, its really a good place to relax :)

One day trip in the East....
Although Singapore is just a little red dot, I still feel that it is very far to travel from west to east ha....
Begin my sunday with a jog at West Coast Park with mama and papa at 7am ha, then accompay mama to market to eat breakfast and buy things... its been a long time to since i last went market with mummy hee... its actually 'xin fu' also to go market with mummy hee...
Went Dear's house (north east area, far...) in the afternoon, brought my unused wireless modem and help him install, hope this can help him to save all the trouble when he wants to transfer any files hee... Also met his 5 years old nephew, a cute little boy, quite talkative, must be run in the family blood ha.... Ate dinner at his house, his mum cook a lot of chicken wings, very delicious ha...
Then after dinner, we went to changi beach (another far far place) ha, to enjoy some sea breeze... saw a lot of stars at night, similar to what i have seen at pulau ubin donkey years ago ha... Dear said 'its xinfu to see stars with someone you love', i agreed. Think girls will feel happy when their bf said that to them but i feel a bit mushy when he said that ha, I also don't know why. It just seems not so like him suddenly hee....
The trip ended after a long journey back home again ha... Although its long travelling but still worth it, its another 'xinfu' day :)

How much will you sacrifice for your boyfriend??
Inspired by Yan's blog, she asked "How much will you sacrifice for your boyfriend??"
I think the keyword here is "boyfriend" hee.
How about changing the word boyfriend to husband? Will the sacrifices be different?
Feels that the amount of sacrifices will depend on what will be the outcome in the end. Unless you are those cannot be bothered kind of person, else it always an instinct to measure outcome with the amount of work(Sacrifices) you have done. You will start to ask "Is it worth?", "What will the consequence be?", " Will you hurt somebody else after all these sacrifices?"...
*sigh, seems like there will be more questions to consider before any sacrifices is made... really must "san1 si1"...

For those who have read dear's blog, should know that I have made a special appearance (like artist) ha... I read his blog, found that he is still quite unhappy over an incident, so decided to ask him out for a drink and made this special appearance. Its a nice place, a nice lounge too relax and chit chat, shall go with friends some day hee...

What does she want me to do???!!!
Mummy was asking me why am I going office earlier nowadays, so I told her its because of work.
Then she ask why go so early, boss din give OT pay, boss also din increase pay...
Then I ask her what she wants me to do? Work cannot finish, so have to go back early to finish it mah. Does she understand my job scope? The work i did is not so operational like hers (doing packaging), cannot finish then cannot finish loh, its ok one. Moreover its a sense of responsibility mah. Then things pile up, then more stress...
I told her engineering field is like that one, some of my friends who are in this field experience the same thing as me. Then I told her I want to switch to teaching field, then she's not supportive also. WHAT DOES SHE WANT ME TO DO??? Arghh.... Me really very pek chek (plus a bit angry) now, so came in to grumble.
If I have a choice, I also don't want to work extra without pay. Who is willing to do that. I know that she is concern about me but can she just give me some support by not interfering what I am doing for work? Are all mothers the same???? Guess I will just have to bear with it than xi guan bah, afterall she's my mum.

Fling... What???
1st of March... its dear's bday today... but he still have to work because of an assignment, hope things go well for him :) celebrated his bday 2 days ago, went vivo eat and relax, enjoyed myself also...
Anyway tok about the "fling" thing with my bro just now... Seems like it has become a norm to have a fing rather than having a gf or bf. My bro defined a fling as someone like a bf or gf but only comes together when both have time, no need much commitment.... BUT seeing how my bro behave, feels that he and his fling behave more like a couple than me and dear ha... hee they seems to spend more time together than us ha... so funny...
I have no objection to the "fling" thing but feels that its something that people came up with to "bluff" yourself... However I will still get used to this kind of trend as my bro is in it too ha... xi guan jiu hao lah ha

Yet another driving experience
My brother is at Thailand now, then my dad went to work, so there is nobody to drive except me and my mum. Ha
In the end, I was the one who drive because me a bit scared scared of Mummy drive car.
Anyway today is another great driving experience, following are the places where I drove to.
Home -> Ginza(to pick my another god-sister) -> Tiong Bahru(send my mum to grandma's place) -> Toa Payoh(send my 2 god-sisters home first) -> Bishan Junction 8(send my 2 god-sisters to get Luo Zhixiang's signature cum me shopping) -> Toa Payoh(send my 2 god-sisters home) -> Lorong 1 (wanted to go home but lost my way, so stop by to read street directory hee) -> finally home sweet home
Tiring plus scary. Broke my own record again, drove to so many places in 1 day. Cannot lah. Me still like to be passenger. No driver please hee, unless otherwise needed ha.

追偶像
Accompany my godsister to 飛輪海簽名會in the evening to day. Me nearly fainted ha...
Why??? Because seeing the young people queueing up, me really have to 五體投地.
Ok, I admit that I have done that once when I'm much younger ha (seems like me very old liao).
I also went for 熊天平's signature donkey years ago. I had his signature in one of my album ha.
But guess I'm not as "rich" and "powerful" as those "mei mei" I saw just now. They really booked cab and I heard that the cab is about $250 per day... they all damn rich loh...
Anyway I just accompanied her to queue for an hour, then me surrender liao... sit down with my parents at Macdonald to wait for her. In the end, after a long wait, she did not get their signature still, really cannot make it, waste my time. All thanks to the 4 handsome guys, guess they really have to improve on their speed in signing the album.
After all the chaotic situations just now, its time for me to rest peacefully at home liao. Got to prepare for work tomorrow, must work hard.

Everything is done!!!
Something happened at home and I have taken a 3 1/2 days urgrent leave. Anyway I don't wish to elaborate on it.

4th Blood Donation
HA HA... This is the 4th time I have donated my blood...
Everytime is an experience.... Let me recap...
First time... it was at ST... went for blood donation with another IA mate during office hour, that was both our first time... very excited hee...
Second time... went to Bloodbank with Wencheng... but he could not donate after the checkup due to his slight cough... so he had to wait for me outside ha...
Third time... went to Bloodbank again with my brother... but this time I could not donate due to low blood pressure... so it was me who waited outside this time round hee... However I did not give up, went for another donation 2 months later at Clementi CC... This time I can donate but nearly fainted at clementi interchange after the donation... Think its due to the long walk from CC to interchange... can only blame on myself loh hee...
Fourth time and its today... went to Bloodbank again with my brother and both of us can donate this time round... so happy hee... but there's little hiccup this time, the "nurse" could not find the vein but finally she still manage to find one... can see she is quite stress, keep asking whether I feel painful or not and she accompanied me throughout the whole process because my blood is flowing too slow ha... By the way, to keep a record, the hand I used is my right hand ha... I think probably the "nurse" has got the "wrong" vein because I feel a little painful now ha... maybe next time must use my left hand ha...
Anyway feels happy after the donation because its something meaningful. Hope more people will go for donation (under healthy circumstance) :)

2nd Day Of 2007
Today is the 2nd day of 2007... most of us don't have to work due to the replacement holiday...
But some of them has to go back to work today like my dear hee...

2007 Resolutions
Hmmn... Firstly let me do a rewiew on 2006 resolutions... let me do a checklist...
1) To slim down and able to wear the jeans I have bought in Bangkok -> CHECKED, can wear that after I came back from my France trip but think I have to do more exercise because now cannot wear liao. Think this resolution is completed bah ha.
2) Broaden skills and experience -> CHECKED, manage to get my class 3 licence although did not drive much nowadays. Another thing is I manged to survive with the current job for 1 year and 4 months liao, must congrats myself ha cos lots of experience gained.
3) To be happy with dear -> CHECKED, was quite a smooth sailing and happy year hee but still had a little hiccups here and there especially towards the end of the year. Its really not easy to think simple but will try hard loh ha...
4) Surprises!!! Get to travel by myself in 2006. Have been planning to do so but never expect it to come so fast. Its a really really nice experience. Will do it again if timing and environment allowed :)
OK, I shall update my 2007 resolutions.
First of all, shall continue my excercise every weekend. Its not only about slimming down, its also about staying healthy and releasing stress. Must continue with this good habit of exercising every week :)
Secondly, I shall try to look for greener pasture this year. Hope to become a school teacher though a lot of people have advice me that it is a tough job. I know that. But I still think that I will be able to manage it. Therefore, hope that everbody can give me the support.
Lastly, I have tried travelling by myself this 2006. I shall plan another 2 more trips this year, 2007. One with my family and one with dear. For the family one, I am planning to go taipei. For the one with dear. Has been missing the times travelling with him. Hope that can go Bali this year. Its time to relax and enjoy the sand, sea and sky ha... Last but not the least, Happy 2007!

2) Broaden skills and experience -> CHECKED, manage to get my class 3 licence although did not drive much nowadays. Another thing is I manged to survive with the current job for 1 year and 4 months liao, must congrats myself ha cos lots of experience gained.
3) To be happy with dear -> CHECKED, was quite a smooth sailing and happy year hee but still had a little hiccups here and there especially towards the end of the year. Its really not easy to think simple but will try hard loh ha...
4) Surprises!!! Get to travel by myself in 2006. Have been planning to do so but never expect it to come so fast. Its a really really nice experience. Will do it again if timing and environment allowed :)
OK, I shall update my 2007 resolutions.
First of all, shall continue my excercise every weekend. Its not only about slimming down, its also about staying healthy and releasing stress. Must continue with this good habit of exercising every week :)
Secondly, I shall try to look for greener pasture this year. Hope to become a school teacher though a lot of people have advice me that it is a tough job. I know that. But I still think that I will be able to manage it. Therefore, hope that everbody can give me the support.
Lastly, I have tried travelling by myself this 2006. I shall plan another 2 more trips this year, 2007. One with my family and one with dear. For the family one, I am planning to go taipei. For the one with dear. Has been missing the times travelling with him. Hope that can go Bali this year. Its time to relax and enjoy the sand, sea and sky ha... Last but not the least, Happy 2007!

A wedding lunch
went to a poly friend's wedding this afternoon.
He held his solemnization and banquet in the afternoon, interesting...
A few of my polytechnic friends were there too.
As usual, there is this guy friend who started to ask me when am I getting married.
And as usual, I told him not so early. I told him tha the next one to get married should be him and not me ha, because he and his girlfriend have been dating since polytechnic times, wow...
Then its my turn to ask him when is he getting married, he answered me that it was still early, he hasn't "played" enough yet... By the way, he is just 1 year older than me...
I sort of agree with him. For guys out there who feels that they have not "played" enough, please do not consider getting married. And for ladies who are girlfriends of this type of guys, please wait more patiently till they have "played" enough... Actually, I also don't know how long this will take... a few years??? I feel that its still better to wait rather than jump into marriage, else both of them will suffer...
Anyway, the lunch is not too bad :) Hereby wishes the groom and his wife will have a blissful marriage and have a cute baby soon hee...

Another Resolution Completed!!!
Ha! Finally can wear back the jeans that I bought in Bangbok, although its still a bit tight.
Therefore must continue my exercise schedule.
Was away for France a month ago, then I stopped my excercise. Then it was quite hazy when I was back, so din go for any jogging. I shall start again tomorrow ha.

I was reading an email that my friend sent me and found that

My Maiden Cable Car Ride

Inside the cable car
Had my maiden cable car ride with Jeff yesterday prior to our 4th year anniversary celebration. I was very excited and a little scared but it was fun up there.
We went up to Mount Faber Hill. I have been there last time with my brother by car and it was at night. As for yesterday, it was by cable car and it was in the day. The feeling is very different. Chilled out at Jewel Box... It was so peaceful and relaxing, feels like having a holiday.
Then we took one round to sentosa and I took more pictures again. Star Virgo was just beneath our feet, so funny ha... We also saw the whole of sentosa island... On the whole, it was a wonderful celebration :) Thanks, dear :)

Good Customer Service
I went for a jog this morning,then went to change my POSB passbook.
The POSB at Clementi has just been renovated, so its interior is very nice.
Not only that, they even have a reception counter at the door.
To my surprise, I was being greeted "Good Morning" once I steppeed into the door.
As I was about to join the queue, I was approached by a pretty staff, Miss Koh (I think), of POSB.
She asked me my purpose for coming, so I told her that I just wanted to change my passbook.
Having heard that, she invited me to her desk and help me to change my passbook, so I don't have to queue ha.
Eventually, I thought she wanted to introduce me to some financial plans or what but she didn't. She simply returned me my passbooks and ended the whole thing with a "Have a nice day" and a smile. How nice.
I have been customer service line before, its not an easy job, especially to provide a good customer service. I think Singapore has been tryng very hard to improve that, and due to the upcoming "IMF", we worked even harder to achieve that.
Somehow, I feel that to a certain extend, we have achieved that. However, will this last long? Will it last only until 20th September, where everything will be back to its actual self after that? We will wait and see after 20 September.

Feeling Xin Fu
met up with Jeff last night after work...
enjoying the sea breeze and watching the cable car moving to and fro together, how relaxing...
after reaching home, me ask for a funny and little stupid request from him...
but he still entertained me...
although it may be only a simple request, I feel so xin fu at that moment hee, me also dun know why...
somehow me feels that it shows how much he understands me...
at that moment, me got the feeling that he's the one :)
*ps: not easy to put feelings into words, its ok if nobody understands what me wrote hee

Change of title
waiting for jeff to msg me, so came here to write something hee
I have received a new set of name cards from my boss again and this time my title changed to "Senior Engineer".
Ha... me actually finds that funny and ridiculous, for less than a year, my title changed from Engineer to Senior Engineer. Really dun dare to take that name card out to show it to people, I don't think I have the calibre yet to become a senior engineer. Moreover, I have been thinking not to stay in this line for long, how to become senior, so ironic.
Anyway, maybe thats a way that my bosses use to make people stay but this way is useless to me. I don't think I will mind a Title that much. I think they should try to lessen my stress and work load, it will be a better way for me to stay longer hee.
Has been going a tough time for a project, hope that this project can be smooth smooth and can end easily. Please dun add in more obstacle...
Guess jeff will off from work soon, still waiting for his msg... ... ... ...

Ha... went jogging after work today...
jog for 30mins around the track, think its around 4km
long long time din jog liao, this 30 mins jog burnt 287 calories...
so how much weight did me lost???
found a website to calculate it, its 0.06pounds and its near to ZERO kg
Ha, dun know how long will it take to lost 1kg... no wonder people turn to slimming centre to lost weight, it will definitely be faster...
come to think of it, excercise will help us to maintain a healthy body, so people out there dun be despair, continue to exercise hee...
anyway, celebrated my birthday with Jeff yesterday... my bday was about 2 weeks ago, nearly forgot about this celebration until Jeff brings it up yesterday. Thanks dear, appreciate the "heart" and effort.

A Blissful Moment
Its start of the week again... Its Monday!!!
My boss gave us a lecture this morning. Why?! Because most of us are late this morning including me hee. I'm 5 minutes late. He said we should be punctual in life then he start all his "da dao li" again *sigh Although its not too good to hear him "nagging" on early Monday morning but it seems like none of us really care about what he nags ha...
Anyway talk about something happier :) I accompany Jeff to his friend's wedding yesterday night. The bride looks gorgeous, no wonder people always said that women always look the prettiest on their wedding day. I'm wondering will I look as pretty on my big day, maybe should go trim myself first. By the way, still long way to go, so can start trimming now ha... Jeff's other friends were there too, one of his clubbing "khaki" asked him a question which I'm interested to know also. He asked if he will still continue to go clubbing after he got married? And his answer is that he will retire. Ha, I was quite happy at the point when he gave this answer. On the other hand, I have the "lets wait and see" attitude. Like what I have said, its still a long way to go, nobody will know what will happen the next moment.
Have to continue to work hard tommorrow, will go to office earlier to get some work going. More and more work each day, the hong kong trip will be my motivation. Yeah!!!

Another Project...
*sigh Have to handle another project, went for the meeting this morning... This project is not new, its a project hand over by my senior who is going to leave in a month's time...
Hope my senior can finish some part of the coding before she left, else me this time sure DIE liao. Me already got one project on UAT which has a lot of bugs to fix, then another one still at development stage which is urgent to complete, really have no time to do development for another one. Unless can really clone myself ha...
Anyway will do my best lah... No choice but to bring home some work to do.
Just finish hee, will be going for another meeting tomorrow. Will sleep after packing :)

One Resolution Fulfilled!!!
Yeah!!!! Finally got my class 3 licence on friday! :>
Failed in the first time and finally got it on the 2nd. I must say its not easy to get this licence, have to put in a lot of time and effort and most important of all, have to put in lots of $$$$ ha.
Over here, I would like to dedicate this blog to acknowledge my family members, my dear, my friends and my instructors ha...
To my dearest brother
My brother has really helped me a lot during this period of time when I'm acquiring for my driving licence. He has been giving me good advice and and encouragement (sometimes I will get quite despair after driving lesson due to some mistakes made hee). Lastly, I have to thank him for fetching me to the driving centre for lessons almost every weekend :) Thanks, "Boy".
To Wen, Yan and Jeff
I have to thank them for tolerating my stressful and "black" face everytime they saw me after my driving lesson. They have also given sound advice and encouragement before my test. Thanks, Dude :)
To my driving instructors
I have 2 very good instructors. Although they always nag at my mistakes, they are really nice people. I am those type who are very "gan chong" during lesson, so will keep repeating the same mistakes again and again. I must really thank them for their patience in teaching me this "gan chong spider" and putting their lives in my hands ha. Thanks, sirs.

Half Day Leave
:) Will be setting off to my driving lesson in 10 mins time...
Having half day leave today but work was as busy or even busier. Its always like this... nothing will happen when you dun take leave.... I was at customer side this morning, then things start to become a mess. Everything was rushing for deadline and there it goes again, errors will pop up.... Argh....
Hope all this rushing will be over soon. I just want a peaceful life, can I?

2nd Day Of 2006
Began my 2006 with sleeping at late nights and wake up at late morning...Hmmn... Dun sound like me, maybe its just a temporary change for a start hee...
Me have wanted to update my blog the other day, to do a review on 2005 but when I wanted to published it, blogspot threw me out and the whole blog is lost. I was so fed up then, so decided not to log out till now hee... Anyway maybe its just a symptom telling me to put all the past behind ha...
So for today, I shall update my 2006 resolution. New Year, New Resolutions mah...
Firstly, I need to schedule myself for intensive exercises. I have started to grow fatter and fatter since I have moved back home. Guess this has to be credited to my Mummy, she has indeed been taking care of me well ha, regular meals at regular interval ha... Second, I have to credit this to myself also, has been out eating supper every saturday ever since I have quitted my part time job. Really envy those who can eat supper every night and will not grow fat, like my dear ha... Anyway my target is to be able to wear back the jeans that I have bought in Bangkok hee...

My last resolution is to be happy with my dear hee. Hope I can think more simpler in 2006 (regarding relationship issues). Me also hope can walk out of the old issues that happen in 2005, then he will not need to explain the same thing again and again untill he get sick of me ha... Hope that everything will be smooth smooth for him this year. Jia you, Dear :)

Me have wanted to update my blog the other day, to do a review on 2005 but when I wanted to published it, blogspot threw me out and the whole blog is lost. I was so fed up then, so decided not to log out till now hee... Anyway maybe its just a symptom telling me to put all the past behind ha...
So for today, I shall update my 2006 resolution. New Year, New Resolutions mah...
Firstly, I need to schedule myself for intensive exercises. I have started to grow fatter and fatter since I have moved back home. Guess this has to be credited to my Mummy, she has indeed been taking care of me well ha, regular meals at regular interval ha... Second, I have to credit this to myself also, has been out eating supper every saturday ever since I have quitted my part time job. Really envy those who can eat supper every night and will not grow fat, like my dear ha... Anyway my target is to be able to wear back the jeans that I have bought in Bangkok hee...
My second resolution is to broaden my skills and experience. Hope to do some project management staff this year. Despite this, me also wanted to upgrade myself by attending some courses this year but yet to decide what courses to attend because me still dont know which direction me will be heading to. Maybe I should attend some course which can help me achieved something in this current job. Hope to get my Class 3 licence in March too :)

Christmas...
Came in to write something on my blog...

Another 8 more days to Christmas...
Received a present from Jeff yesterday but me still dun have the mood of Christmas....
